Change or cancel your plan

• Open the Dashboard and press Manage plan in the Horizon Units box. You can change plans, update your card or cancel there.
• Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for. You keep full access until then.

The free trial

• The 7-day trial is the Creator plan. It needs a card, and nothing is charged during the 7 days.
• Cancel before day 8 and you won't be charged at all. Otherwise the first month is charged on day 8.

Refunds

Ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. The Refund policy has every case, including double charges and long outages.

A charge you don't recognise

Charges show as RIPCLIP.ORG on your statement. Email us with the date and the amount and we'll find it. Please write to us before disputing it with your bank, so we can fix it faster.

Your account and data

• Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, press Forgot your password? and we'll email you a code to set a new one. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google. Still stuck? Email us from your account's address.
• Delete your account: Account settings, then Delete my account. It removes your account, videos, clips and connected accounts. The Privacy policy explains your rights.

Clips, exports and Horizon Units

• Horizon Units (HU) pay for analysing videos. Your Dashboard shows how many you have left this month.
• If a clip or an export failed, try it once more. If it fails again, email us the video's name and roughly when it happened.
